Kate, Prayers, Describing A Corpse, Facts And The Unexplainable Unexpected

It must be said that when I’d prayed for their safety I’d been thinking: please don’t let them fall off something and bang their heads, or please don’t let them be involved in a car accident.

Order is important, here I note kate tells us she prayed and in her prayer she included 2 specific items to be protected from.

Of all the things she prayed for, specifying safety as an example, her first thought was falling and banging their head.
It is so specific which leads me to think that this is what happened to Maddie.
She had also previously spoken about falling when talking to Mrs Fenn
‘Oh, I see,’ almost as if she’d just been told that a can of beans had fallen off a kitchen shelf.'

Now, we know Maddie is dead.
Kate and gerry have told us this, as well as clarrie

We know they couldn't allow an autopsy to take place  which is why the body was concealed, a crime scene  was firstly almost forensically cleaned and then staged and then a false police report was filed claiming Maddie had been abducted.
The question yet to be answered is why did they have to prevent an autopsy?
What happened to Maddie that she could not be allowed to be autopsied?

We know the children were sedated especially as the twins did not wake up despite all the noise and disturbance, with the mccanns claiming initially that the twins were deep sleepers which later changed to sedation by the abductor.
When a claim of theirs is proven not to be possible or a denial is shown to be untrue and that , for example, the deep sleeping twins had to have been sedated to sleep all the way through, only then do the mccanns change track and make new claims that maybe the abductor had in deed sedated the twins and Maddie.

The problem is once they change tack and come up with an explanation for  one thing, they are then left with  gaps and contradictions which need explaining.
There will always be holes in their stories as their story is built on lies.

We know kate had issues relating to Maddie when she told us Maddie was demanding and attention seeking, had tantrums and so on and required help to manage the children, even to family flying down to help  when they had time and co opting one of the nursery workers to help out at home.
We also have statements from extended family members telling us Maddie was a screamer, had a temper and other demeaning comments, all of which are huge red flags.
When someone dies family and friends will say positive things about them even when they were killers.

Things such as putting out neighbors bins, feeding stray cats etc.
It is the expected, always trying to find something positive about the deceased.
What is unexpected, especially with a child, is to see and hear belittling comments, subtle demeaning and the like.
That they are belittling Maddie is a bad sign.
Maddie it seems was not seen as part of the family.
Given all 3 children were IVF and the twins would have come from the same donor, why is Maddie always shoved to the back, does not belong, was seen as a threat to the twins?
Maddie was a UK IVF baby and the twins were from the Dutch IVF.Is it because Maddie wasn't part of the family?

We know kate was focused on sleep and the children's bed times, only seeming happy when they were all abed.

We know kate and gerry did the unexpected when they did not demand the twins be taken to hospital and examined for injuries and also what they had been sedated with, despite both being doctors and other doctors were in the group, they did not have the facilities to do the tests at hand.

We know they had private tests done 3 months later we kate claiming they were left nearly bald with all the hair she claims they took, when all that was needed was a couple of strands.

We know she claimed no drugs were found, there wouldn't be in the blood as that would have cleared the system within hours  and in the hair it depend how long the hair was before the hair cut which could have removed anything they had been given and also we were not told what drugs they were tested for.
If they tested  for ABC and the children had been sedated with D it would not show up.

Hair would however show if long term sedation had taken place and with what.
Remember Shannon Matthews whose hair showed long term sedation.

We know both kate and gerry and clarrie have told us Maddie was dead.

We know the children were babysat each night by the adult missing from the table, kate and gerry have told us this.

We know the mccanns, their tapas chums and all the family members that came over did not search for Maddie.

We know kate and gerry did not call out to Maddie or the abductor unless prompted first and when they did it was lack luster monotone with no expressions or emotions towards Maddie.

We know about the Drs Gaspar statements indicating inappropriate  behavior towards Maddie.

We know payne likes to bathe other people children.

We know a social worker recognized him in relation to her work. She could not remember if he was a witness or a perpetrator.

We know payne has been publicly called out as a paedophile and has failed to deny or make any response concerning said allegation, possibly the worst thing you can call a man.

We know that 15/19 factors in the fluids found in the hire car 3 weeks after Maddie vanished match Maddie, with the remaining 4 too degraded to use (at that period of time)

We know that the PJ need a 19/19 match to identify the person and be used in court whereas in the UK 12/19 would be allowed and they would currently be in jail.

We know blood and body fluids and the scent of cadaverine were found in the apartment behind the sofa and in the parents wardrobe and also the hire car.

We know a sample on a bedspread was initially identified as semen and subsequently changed to saliva and blamed on a previous young boy guest.

We know the mccanns and chums refused to answer all questions and cooperate with the police in taking part in a reconstruction.

We know the mccanns lied about only using the fund to allegedly find their daughter, instead using it to pay their mortgage, hire investigators who had no experience in finding missing persons, engaged in money laundering, drugs etc and were not allowed to investigate in Portugal.

We know they never sued kevin halligan for the money he stole from the fund, money he supposedly used to search for Maddie but who spent it on his lifestyle.

We know they hired 2 ex detectives who created their company only after being hired and used a nearly identical company name as one in America a genuine private detective company with an excellent reputation and experience in finding missing persons in order to make them look better than they were and had no idea on how to do an investigation even to not interviewing people.

We know the mccanns used the fund to sue anyone who disagreed with their version of events including Dr Amaral the now ex lead detective in the case to find Maddie.

We know the mccanns have never acted the way genuine innocent parents of a missing child would act nor have they spoken the way innocent parents would speak, even to using a script for their first appeal.

We know the mccanns have acted the way every guilty parent acts when claiming their child has been abducted whilst in reality they have killed their child either deliberately for whatever reason or accidentally during the commission of another crime.

We know the mccanns described Maddie as almost perfect, something unexpected from a parent who regards every child of their as perfect.

We know Maddie was described at birth as almost perfect apart from when she died(allegedly abducted) whereupon  the description of perfect focused solely her perfect little genitals torn apart
This, in a book written for the twins and supposedly Maddie when she was found.

We know kate describe exactly how a body looks when kept in a cold environment after a couple of days "I was crying out that I could see Madeleine lying cold and mottled, on a big grey stone slab

WE know the mccanns ended up getting rid of persons on the board of the fund who probably disagreed with what the mccanns wanted  to do with the fund and instead made themselves directors and had family and friends on the board who then admitted they used the fund for their legal costs.

We know the mccanns have told the world they are taking Dr Amaral to the ECHR to try and avoid paying legal costs as well as getting the verdicts in his favor overturned.
The problem is, the ECHR does not interfere in civil suits, they cannot and will not overturn  verdicts issued by the Supreme Court.
The ECHR will only listen to cases against the state.
The ECHR will simply refuse to listen to their application.
Whilst searching the ECHR the mccanns are now trying to sue the Portuguese state.
That is the only entity they can sue.


The mccanns are claiming that they will have to pay Dr Amaral £350,000 when they won't, all they will have to pay is the legal costs of those they sued and their own fees which could be quite substantial since they are using carter-ruck (who are claiming to be working pro bono which begs the question why if they have read the case notes)

Kate and gerry have told us Maddie is dead.
Clarrie has also told us Maddie is dead.

Believe them

Yay, It's That Time Of Year Again. The mccanns And Media Circus Comes To Town.

 Let me Make this clear and to the point.

Kate and gerry have told us Maddie is dead, we should believe them.

kate when she spoke of pressing a button and they would ALL be together.
They could only ALL be together is she knew Maddie was dead as would be killing the twins (not good) and gerry (justifiable ) and leaving Maddie an orphan.
What innocent mother or any parent would kill their surviving children if there were any, their partner and themselves?
They wouldn't.

Guilty parents or even acrimonious divorcing parents might and the grounds of if they can't have them no one can.
Or, they could do it because they didn't want their remaining children to suffer parental loss or shame etc, an altruistic reason

This is also a huge red flag as to kate's mental state and she speaks of willing to commit murder-suicide, not the behavior of an innocent parent, rather definitely expected of a guilty parent.

Gerry also told us they played no part in Maddie's death!.
Heck even dear old clarrie threw in his penny's worth and told us Maddie was dead.

Gerry also told us if it was an accident why would they cover it up?

Since they clearly covered it up, by default it was non accidental which then speaks of premeditation or the result of death during another crime, I'll let you guess which one.

Kate and gerry have often told us they are grieving.
You grieve for dead people not live people.
Kate told us Maddie visited her at night, this is called haunting.
Live people don't haunt the living, dead people do.

From the get go, their language and behavior has not been one of innocent parents calling out to their missing child, it has been of guilty parents.
Innocent parents call out to their child, reassuring them, telling them they will be found, that they are loved and missed.

The mccanns have never called out to the alleged abductor without prompting and a script.

They have tried in passing and vaguely but only whilst crying about hard done by they are, how much they are suffering from the police investigating them and how Dr. Amaral has said Maddie is dead and it is stopping people from searching and more importantly, handing over their money for cheap tat..

Everything was and is scripted, even the initial press conference where gerry had to have a script in order to play the desperate dad and failing miserably, this soon after Maddie had allegedly been abducted.

They have never physically searched, kate's own words, they were busy doing other things
They have never shown any love or emotion for Maddie, why would they?
She is far beyond anything they can say and do to her.
Maddie died long before the Thurs night, the mccanns had had time to process her death and also, with some help no doubt, do an almost forensic clean up of the apartment.

You see dear kate and gerry, that is where you really messed up.

Police look for what is there that shouldn't be.
They also look for what should be there and isn't.

Now for the alleged abduction, there should be forensic evidence, when you go somewhere you take a piece of it with you and, more importantly, you leave something behind, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Now there would and should have been fingerprints even if smudged from gloves, hairs, fibers, DNA, even ear prints,and foot prints (by the way care to explain the woman's size shoe print in blood in 5a and on the trunk of the hire car?

Then there should have been DNA from Maddie and the twins everywhere.
They are and were sticky toddlers who touched everything  leaving delightful DNA laden trails of dribble, snot, urine and faeces from diapers, then there is the DNA that would have been from the clothes Maddie wore that day, which surprisingly enough you  seemingly didn't hand over to police, you gave them a towel which could have been from anyone.
You wanted the police dogs to search for her as tracker dogs are amazing, well, up until other dogs found something else whereupon they became useless dogs.

Another thing.
When the blood dogs reacted to blood and body fluids, you didn't scream and cry wondering what the abductor had done to your daughter that cause her to bleed?
The expected of innocent parents.

You didn't even scream and cry when the cadaver dog reacted wondering if your daughter was dead at the hands of a paedophile killer/abductor.
Although if he killed her in the house, why take her body thus increasing his chances of being caught?
When they reacted to the hire car you didn't scream and cry out demanding to know why there was such evidence in the car and  did it mean the alleged abductor had killed their daughter and taken her away in the very hire car you had just hired?
You didn't demand to know who had hired the car before you.

All the expected language and behavior of innocent parents.

Instead you said you couldn't explain it.
Then a relative (presumably on your behalf) explained it as you kate, had come into contact with 6 corpses in the weeks before the vacation and that why you had cadaverine on the dreadful black and white checked pants.
Although that didn't explain the t shirt and cuddle cat etc.
Then it was said that there was blood from meat, fish and dirty diapers in the car, although. how sea bass came to be behind the sofa and in the wardrobe.
Perhaps it was there the same time as the blue bag which it was said you didn't have, was photographed in situ
Sea bass was the fish to blame, a fish it seems Sean had taken a liking to.

Then the lack of DNA in hairs in the hair brush which would have been findable they just took hairs and found the ones that did not come from the twins or yourselves.
Then the laughable excuse that they all shared 1 toothbrush!
Tut tut, surely you could do better than that?

No, Such was the lack of DNA from Maddie in apartment 5a, gerry had to rush home to get some DNA from rothley towers, allegedly Maddie's pillowcase.

Does this not tell us something that, despite being in the apartment for the best part of a week, you could not provide police with anything with her DNA on, not even her worn clothing or sandals?

After 11 plus years there has not been one atom of evidence, apart from your say so, that there was ever an abduction of Maddie from 5a let alone an abductor in the apartment.

There is however, ample forensic and circumstantial evidence that there was a corpse in 5a and weirdly enough, a corpse in the car hired several weeks after Maddie vanished.

There was and is no report of a death ever in 5a nor reports of a corpse, zombie or otherwise in the hire car.

Plus of course your own words spoken in interviews and the wonderful prosecution exhibit-1, aka the autobiography of kate with passing mentions of Maddie, who didn't even warrant her name being capitalized on the front cover even though yours, kate, was.

This shows us your priority and in the book, it was kate, kate, kate.
Oh woe is me, waily waily woe and the infamous story of how you couldn't make love to gerry.
Oh how the twins must have suffered when that hit the newsstands.
The embarrassment.
And then the infamous page 129 in the first editions of the book about Maddie's perfect genitals torn apart.
I am not sure how the twins felt when they read that in the book your writing for them and allegedly Maddie which was supposed to say how you all searched for her until she was finally found alive.
The twins would have been eaten alive at school no matter how much you tried to prevent them finding out anything about the case.
I bet it was fun dropping them off at school, the sniggers and looks from other parents.
What about gerry at work?
There would have been giggles and sniggers, muttered comments some meant to be heard by gerry.
Was he called into the office about it i wonder?
I bet that was a fun day at work, the staff, the patients, visitors.
Front page on the newsstand in the shop.
Oh they joy.
I wonder, did he know you had spoken to the media about your sex life or was it a surprise?
Was he a happy bunny or was it yet another row as you made him a laughing stock.
It is so much fun we like to mention it every so often so it doesn't disappear from the public memory.

This makes sense if Maddie died on the Sunday as, after that, we have no reliable independent sighting, even the creche records are laughable and unbelievable with forged signatures (important, when faking a signature  rule 101 is get the damn name right healy became mccann then back again.

Then we have you knowing at least one of the nannies beforehand, Handy when it came to the creche records don't you think, oh and the visit later on to rothley towers for a cuppa and a cookie or two.

Then we have the missed, paid for breakfasts at the millennium to have breakfast in the apartment, strange given how money grabbing you are.

Then we have the lunches in the apartment rather than with the whole group and finally dinner with the adults only, excluding the one who was missing each night that was babysitting the children in whoever apartment.

Could it be that you had to skip breakfast and lunch with the group since someone, Diane Webster would have noticed Maddie not being in the group with the rest of the children and asking awkward questions and people would have kinda noticed a missing adult as well as a missing child and that would be super hard to conceal.

There is however, despite your claims of no evidence, plenty of forensic evidence that there was a body in 5a and the hire car.

The dogs reactions, the blood and body fluids in the apartment and in the hire car, the body fluids you claimed did not exist in the Leveson Inquiry (perjury) yet you had excuses for- blood from meat and fish and the bad smell, bad enough you had to keep the trunk open every night blamed on rotting meat and dirty diapers.
The 15/19 markers which matched Maddie was blamed on her clothing and sweaty sandals.
In the UK 15/19 would have had you in court and now in jail.
Portugal it had to be a full match.
It wasn't that 4 markers did not match, they were too degraded to be matched, though, with advances in forensics this may now change.

I bet you got a real shock when the PJ made the files public, well some of them, they have a whole bunch they kept secret and that's the really juicy stuff.
You sued to access to the files, you made Maddie a ward of court to get you access (2 weeks after she 'vanished') and got back 81 files out of what, 11000 released ?

The funny thing is you won, well kind of.
You got back the 81 files that your lawyers had handed over to the police so net gain was a healthy zero.

As an aside i know of no other case where the innocent parents of a missing child have made their child a ward of court  ever, let alone after 2 weeks.

This tells me that you knew Maddie was dead.

Maddie was no longer legally your child, you had handed over all responsibility to the courts.

You got rid of her which would also explain why you looked so happy, as if a burden had been lifted from your shoulders.
You bloomed with a healthy glow and an appetite for life.
You reported sleeping well and felt so good you wore make up, changed jewelry and coordinated your clothing with gerry, oh, and you were jogging within days.
Maddie was no longer your problem except, instead of fading away and you being cleared and  moving on, She stayed as a millstone around your neck, always there, just like your guilt, plus, you got to like the money, the fame, the freebies.

Maddie was a burden in life to you as you have told us.
You thought once she was gone the burden would be lifted.
It wasn't.

However, 11 plus years on Maddie is a burden weighing heavily on your shoulders, a weight growing each passing day, hour, minute and she will continue to be until you speak the truth and give her a dignified burial.
You language and behavior are all highly unexpected and red flags.

Innocent people speak and act a specific way.
Guilty people speak and act a specific way.
We know this from decades and centuries of statements.
Both are mutually exclusive.
You both come over as classic guilty people.
It is almost as if you have read  how to kill a child 101- a parents guide.

Casey anthony, deborah bradley and jeremy irvin, justin dipietro, shawn adkins and billie jean dunn, jessica mitchell and deorr kunz Sr, misty cummings, mark redwine (charged), lena lunsford (guilty of murder LWOP) kristi abrahams (guilty minimum 16 years) and robert smith (plead guilty max 16 years) elisa baker (15-18 years) karen matthews (guilty 8 years) here her daughter Shannon was luckily found alive and well with her uncle albeit having been regularly sedated prior to and during her alleged abduction.

In each case the parent claimed their child was abducted from their bedroom/home,campsite or crossing the street.
All sounded the same and used the same words.
Some were found guilty or pleaded guilty.
Some had the remains found.
Some, the remains have not been found.
Some had enough evidence such as a lot of blood around the room or other blood evidence in vehicles.
Some had cadaver dogs reacting to certain places.
Some had evidence of other crimes such as child porn and bestiality videos.
Some we know they did the crime such is the actual evidence and circumstantial.
A few have still not be arrested and charged despite all the evidence which bemuses more than a few of us, even for the child porn etc they are still free.

None searched.
None showed concern for their missing child.
None called out to their child or the alleged abductor
Some started gofundme's or other fund raising.
Some the remains were found weeks, months, years down the line.
One couple got caught when they went to the dump site of their missing child/step child  to celebrate her birthday.

Other not named here claimed one crime done by stranger when it was themselves who indicated for involvement.

Gerry cited one case regarding the dogs reacting to cadaverine, a man called eugene zapata.
He claimed the dogs were wrong and gerry used this case to  deride the dogs as unreliable, all well and good until zapata confessed and admitted the dogs had been right all along.
Cue deathly silence from dear gerry.
Hmm, i wonder why?Perhaps this would explain in part your refusal to answer the question about handing Maddie over to a family member.
Should Maddie ever be found alive, well aliveish as she would be a zombie since she is currently dead and likely to remain so for the foreseeable future, you would not get her back, you would have no say in what happened to her, who got custody of her, it would be for the courts to decide.

It also meant that when you sued Dr. Amaral on behalf of the twins , yourselves and Maddie, the courts refused to allow Maddie to be included, because she was a ward of court and no longer were you legally responsible for her or anything on her behalf.

So, i know you did it, pretty much everyone else knows you did it apart from a handful of die hard supporters who will be mightily pissed when charges are laid and you confess, well, you can try and come to a plea deal with the Portuguese courts, they may not be willing to accept given the crap you have done in the 11 plus years.

Then comes the fun bit.

You see since you know and knew Maddie was long dead, that makes the fund fraudulent and the UK police can prosecute you for that.

All those millions and, even better, the media who you threatened into paying up would be entitled to sue for it back, plus interest plus legal costs.

Then, tee hee, the tapas chums would also be facing fraud charges for the same thing and they too will have to pay it back, plus legal costs plus interest.

The fun really starts when they sue to get the money they allegedly donated to the fund, returned so they can then pay it back to the media.

If you decide they can't have the money, are you will to risk them deciding to have a nice word in the ears of some very nice policemen?

You may have a super(inaudible, we know what that means, Diane Webster slipped up there when she let that little nugget of info slip out.

Ohh i bet kate had a major tantrum when that came out.
She seems to have anger management issues, quite a lot it seems.

It may stop them talking to the public, it does not apply to the police and, if they make it public, that drops you right in it.
What are you hiding? will be the question and threaten all you like  what have they to lose if it means you are in jail for a very long time in Portugal and then facing trial in the UK for fraud, obtaining money and services by deception, obstruction of justice, perverting the course of justice, perjury at the leveson inquiry (which carries a life sentence) obtaining money and services by deception.

What about the celebs who gave you money and services like a private jet?
They could be entitled to sue you.

Still it means that gerry loses his job as a lecturer in Leicester uni, where i have it on good knowledge that his students detest him and kate your job in medicine which could be anything such as phlebotomist, receptionist, porter, though i doubt any of those since you aren't in contact with the public.
We would know, they would talk. It would be guess who i saw today..., so you are out the back somewhere doing a miserable job with people who loathe you and at a paltry wage compared to what you could have been earning.
All those years of training down the Swanee, All for nothing.
You will lose the twins of course and your friends and your family (possibly)
Bang goes the fancy house to pay all your fines and legal fees plus, if they decide to sue, and there are so many who could, compensation.
Your social life non existent, your circle of friends empty.
Everyone distancing themselves from you though, your relatives and maybe former friends such as the tapas 7 may sell their stories to the press, some big money there.
Those who were at uni with you, we know you had a reputation as a heavy drinker and party girl "hot lips" Bet they could tell us some interesting stories.
What if a relative decides to write a book?
Better still what if your other half writes a book, especially if they get a plea deal and throw you under the bus?

Hey ho it's not important currently but it does have possibilities down the like.
If it was for the latter then nobody cares.If it's between consenting adults  then it's legal and  worth 5 mins of discussion and titters before moving on, plus you may get strange looks from the public and students and maybe mom and dad might have something to say about it.

It also means that once you leave the Portuguese jail they will try you in the UK and you will have a super fun time courtesy of Her Majesty.

By the way during the Leveson Inquiry, you had to take an oath.
you kate lied after taking said oath.
This is perjury and it may surprise you to know it comes with a life sentence which means once you are released you could be on license which means if you are naughty they can recall you to prison.

Currently you are trying to get the verdict against you regarding the legal costs etc against Dr. Amaral overturned in the ECHR.
It won't work since they do not accept civil cases such as you against Dr. Amaral, they can only accept cases against the state, in this case Portugal.
The problem you have is that the Portuguese Supreme Court referred to the ECHR multiple times in their decision, which also mentioned that neither you, kate and gerry had been officially cleared of involvement in the disappearance of Maddie, nor have several senior UK officers who have said you are not cleared of involvement.

You would still be liable for all the costs of yourselves plus those of the people you sued.

The ECHR cannot and will not change the verdict from the courts, you are still going to have to pay up.

That £500,000 you have in a restricted account will have to be used.
Strange that by the way, it means the money can only be used to buy tools and equipment for a business or property and, since you don't have a business requiring bucket loads of cash you have property so, is it buy to let or is it a bolt hole in case you have to sell up rothley towers?

I am also pretty sure the twins aren't going to appreciate being liable for some not inconsiderable sums of money since you included them in your failed case.

How about you come clean, you'll feel so much better, the worst if over, no more hiding and wondering if there will be the early morning knock on the door.
The twins may forgive you, they may not since you have screwed their minds up for the last 11 plus years.
Get divorced, get counseling, do your time, keep your nose clean, move to a country that will admit you if you can find one or move somewhere nice and quiet in the UK and get on with life.
Maybe in time the public can forgive you, especially if you come clean, say what happened even if it was an accident as a result of something else.
Tell us what you did with her body, it will give the twins completion and a chance to grieve and move on(plus a bucket load of therapy) if nothing else.
It is the little things that build up and we have 11 years of leakage and behavior to tell us what happened, who did it, when. and, if we look hard enough at your language, possibly even where you dumped Maddie although gerry preferred the word "dispose"

Remember reading all those murderers found decades down the line, all the rapists all the paedophiles?
You have told us Maddie is dead in your embedded confessions, the interviews verbal and written and the book.

Now is the time to speak out, admit the truth and begin the process of publicly grieving.
If you want to talk i will listen.
There are others who would also listen.
You could have a friend or someone you trust to help you take those first scary steps but it will get easier.
The hard part is saying you have something to confess, after that it gets easier and you will feel so much relief, a huge weight lifted off your shoulders.

We would help you start the process to acceptance, confession, to grieve, to heal.
The ones you have to worry about are those few rabid supporters who say you are innocent and, when you reveal the truth of your involvement, they will be mighty pissed at being made to look foolish and gullible in public.

Even the media is turning on you, the subtle changing of certain words and inclusion of others such as 'Alleged'

They will not be your friends.
They cannot be trusted.
In the end, they will have their eye on the prize, be it a reward if one remains, 15 minutes of fame, interviews and articles in the press, reality TV here we come, or, the big exclusive story, World wide headlines, promotion, awards, their name forever known as the ones who solved the case.

We don't want that, all we want is the truth and a dignified burial for Maddie if possible.
All I want is the truth, Maddie's remains being found and given a dignified burial if possible.
I want you to get the help you clearly need.
I want you to be able to grieve openly, to begin the process of healing.
I want Sean and Amelie to know the truth, to grieve and heal.
I want them to get all the help they will need  to come to terms with the truth their sister is dead by whatever means and to get the counseling to help them become happy and healthy teenagers and adults.
It will all take time, years if not decades.

Maddie will never be forgotten.
She has touched the lives of many, some directly, some indirectly.

We are the family she never knew she needed.
The voice she never knew she needed to speak up for her

The Mccanns, Social Workers And Coming Of Age

Remember when they were visited by social workers?

The mccanns described it as if it were they who  invited them over for a chat and a cup of tea rather than the more damning, the social workers visited because they lost one child due to self proclaimed neglect and as a result the social workers visited to see if the children were at risk from neglect in the home.

Something which would have further condemned them in the public eye.

Also, after the social workers visited and did whatever they needed to do, the press stopped showing the faces of the twins, insisting their faces were now concealed such as being pixellated.

Children on the at risk register or are part of a criminal investigation as victims or as perpetrators are banned from having their faces shown and, in some cases banned from any form of identification such as from a relation committing a crime and pictures are shown of said perpetrator and any children in the photo are pixellated or blurred out.
Victims of sex crimes are also not identified especially if victim of a close relative such as a parent where surnames are redacted to prevent identity of the child.

In this case, the mccanns had used the twins as photo opportunities to portray their innocence and new found parenting skills, especially after being told the twins were no longer welcomed at the creche, and now the mccanns had to rely on friends and relatives to babysit whilst they went swanning off around the world.

I do not know what rules the mccanns had to follow after the social workers visit, nor do i know what other sanctions were laid down or how many other visits the social workers made.
The mccanns mentioned one as they suspected or know that one would be made simply because they claimed alleged neglect by leaving their children home alone.
The would not mention any further visits as that would damage their reputation and reduce donations.

No mention is made either of social workers visiting the other tapas 7 members as they too claimed they left their children home alone each night although managing to not lose a child due to alleged paedophile abduction.

Social workers are forbidden from disclosing any information they got from the group as a whole to the general public including media.
Privacy is first and foremost in relation to the privacy of the children.

 Yvonne Warren Martin, Social Worker and Child Protection Officer.heard about the alleged abduction of Maddie on the TV and decided to offer her services.when Maddie vanished,
On 4 May 2007, at around 7.00am, she heard about the disappearance of an English girl from Praia da Luz, Lagos, from SKY News or the BBC. Having worked for 25 years in the area of child protection, she felt obliged to offer help to her compatriots and went that very morning to Praia da Luz. At around 9.00am, she met the McCann couple, next to the apartment from where the child had disappeared, accompanied by a third person, a male, who seemed quite familiar to her.
The male turned out to be david payne but she could not remember  where she knew him from in relation to her work not knowing if it was as a suspect/arguido or witness.
Yvonne saw a group of three people, the mccanns and an unnamed male.
Yvonne noticed that the couple seemed upset, kate was agitated and crying intensely causing Yvonne to ask When Yvonne noticed that the couple began to have doubts about her capacity and she immediately showed them her official documents and credentials, issued by the British government, to calm them down. gerry took her documents and showed them to the third person and told him that they were authentic and were certified by the police.
At one point Yvonne tried to get kate away so she talk to kate in private, kate became quite aggressive and said they could talk in the street. The mccanns and payne got into a huddle with whispered conversation  when a journalist showed up.
He then said the mccanns would not be talking to her or anyone else. He clearly did not like her asking questions of kate and took kate away.
The question i have here is, how did david payne know the documents were authentic and certified by the police?
Had he come into contact with them at some point?
If so what was the reason?

This clearly then was the first time social worker(s) came into contact with the mccanns in what seems an unofficial manner.
The question then becomes this:
Given the mccanns had claimed a paedophile abduction of Maddie when the children were allegedly left home alone (they weren't) whilst mom and dad and the tapas 7 had dinner in the tapas bar whilst allegedly doing half hour checks, and that the parents had then admitted to what would be classed as child neglect with harm coming to a child, were social workers then becoming involved?
In the UK especially given the age of the children, kate and gerry would have been arrested and charged with neglect resulting in harm coming to a child.
This was a risk the mccanns were prepared to take, a fine, community service, maybe even a short time behind bars if they could get a deal.
Far less that serving time for homicide, concealing a corpse and filing a false police report.
They knew also that if charged with neglect (the children were never left home alone, they were babysat by the missing adult from the table each night) They could not then be charged with the more serious crimes of
homicide, concealing a corpse and filing a false police report.
All they had to say was that an adult from the group was babysitting all the children in one room so no neglect.
They walk free knowing they could not be charged in Portugal.

I am not sure if they could still face charges in the UK.
They could then claim Maddie had an accident such as swallowing pills found on a table, the mccanns panicked and disposed of her remains.
Their name and reputation are mud and in tatters but they are out of jail.

At what point did the social workers become officially involved as involved they would be given the self confessed neglect of three very young children and ending up with one missing.
Did it end up with the children never being left alone with kate or gerry thus the need for all the friends and relatives coming out?
They didn't come out to physically search, they were all observed hanging out around the pool and having what could generally be called a freebie spring vacation.

Who decided Maddie would become a ward of court?
I know of no other child abduction case where the missing child is declared a ward of court.
Was it voluntary or was it a case of if you don't we will and you could lose your remaining children?
Was it simply a way of trying to get access to the police files to learn what evidence the police had against them and thus allowing them the option of retrofitting the time lines etc?Now, since Maddie became a ward of court the mccanns are no longer legally responsible for her nor can they make decisions for her or on her behalf, it all has to go to court for permission.

I am not sure if this also limits what information they get since they are no longer her legal carers.
They may now be restricted to getting the same info that we the public get.
They may be allowed to make announcements to the public and appeals after they seek the courts permission.
In effect they may be like us, interested bystanders.

Once the twins reach 18 and become adults, they may decide to speak out for themselves rather than have their parents speak on their behalf.

I suspect that their coming of age may be something kate and gerry, and i suspect kate more than anything dread.
Up till now the twins have been effectively gagged by their parents.
They are restricted on what they can see and hear in the home, probably restricted on what they can see and do on their computers and phones.
I will bet the twins have been active online  seeking out info about themselves (everyone does this) their parents, the tapas 7 and Maddie and the case in general.
Searching out info their parents haven't told them.

The mccann may have reason to fear the twins coming of age.
The can no longer restrict what they can see and hear, nor can they stop the twins from talking out in public.

This may be the time that kate told us about in relation to pressing a button and they would ALL be together.
This tells us that kate knows Maddie is dead as this the only way they could all be together, otherwise she has committed murder and suicide leaving Maddie as an orphan.
No innocent parent would ever contemplate committing murder or suicide if their missing child is alive and could be found at any moment.

Kate's own words and behavior tell us the truth.

Have The mccanns Leaked Where They Dumped Maddie's Remains And Perhaps Even A Motive?

Kate also told Police Inspector Ricardo Paiva, in a tearful telephone conversation that she had a dream that Maddie was dead and was on a hill and that police should search for her there.

Gerry then said later that kate had NOT had a dream.

Now, why would gerry tell us kate had not had a dream about Maddie being on a hill?
Rather, why would gerry tell us kate did not have a dream at all?

He wouldn't know what kate had dreamed unless she had told him.
Was he privy to kate's dreams?
He wasn't even in the country when she called the Police Inspector

What was so important about this dream that gerry had to deny its very existence?

Clearly the dream was sensitive to kate and even more so to gerry, so much so he issued a statement denying his wife had had a dream.
Gerry says: - 'I'd like to make it absolutely clear that Kate has never had a dream that Maddie has been BURIED somewhere, and I don't know if something has been lost in interpretation, but that didn't happen -not with those words, that's for sure".
What words were used then gerry?
Kate didn't use the word BURIED, she used the word ON.
What caused you to use the word BURIED gerry?

If it was only a dream and nothing more, then gerry would have no reason to deny its existence, after all it was just a dream from a clearly distraught mother about her missing daughter.

That he denied its existence makes it sensitive to gerry especially.

Now why would it be sensitive to gerry?

Could it be that Maddie was dumped on a hill?
Is there a well on hill she was dumped in?
Not buried but on/in?

Could it be that the hill the mccanns ran up regularly even to making a note of the time taken and put on his blog is the hill kate is talking about?

Kate began running according to her diary 11 days after Maddie was allegedly abducted. She also tells us she slept well.

MONDAY, MAY 14: I slept well last night after a not very good end of the day, frustration with the FLO (Portuguese police family liaison officer) asking me where would my little M be.

After getting back I decided to go running—for the first time since THE day (already 11 days ago). I knew that it was going to be physically difficult, but I also knew that I wasn't going to give up, because it was for Madeleine and also because the level of pain is far higher now.

No cameras or journalists, which was great. I went running towards the beach and then along it and again climbed that hill so steep —without stopping!

Her daughter has been missing for 7 days, allegedly abducted by a paedophile according to the mccann and by default the tapas 7 version of events.
What innocent parent would sleep well or even confess to sleeping well after a week?

Innocent parents would be out every day, every night searching until they dropped.
They would not be sleeping well if their child was missing.
Parental instinct is strong, maternal instinct is even stronger, They would literally need sedating to stop themselves from killing themselves with exhaustion.
Instead we have gerry sleeping the night Maddie went missing and kate sleeping well a mere 7 days later

How better to check on if Maddie's remains had been disturbed by animals, remember the pack of dogs kate spoke about in her diary?
Why does she think it great not to have cameras or journalists there?
Would it have revealed something the mccanns did not want revealed?

How better to discuss Maddie than whilst jogging?

It would be hard to eavesdrop them whilst they were running, either from journalist, camera men or worse, the Police.

MONDAY, JULY 23: I got up at 7.00 and went running. I was surrounded by a pack of dogs (more or less 12)

Could this be any relation to the reaction of the blood and cadaver dogs?
Animals, especially wild or feral predators would be attracted to what, gruesomely, could be called a free dinner.
Could this also be an explanation perhaps for the bloody footprint in the apartment?

Kate also wrote twice in her diary about Maddie's fear of pain.

It's interesting that she uses fear of pain twice making it sensitive.

FRIDAY, JUNE 1: Quite fed up...I can't stop thinking about Madeleine, about her fear of pain.

SATURDAY, JUNE 2: ... Cried again in bed—I can't avoid it. I need her close to me. Thinking about her fear of pain breaks my heart.

Why would thinking about Maddie's fear of pain cause kate to be fed up?
Aren't all children scared of pain?
Why does kate feel the need to include it not once but twice making it doubly sensitive
Was Maddie having some form of treatment that involved some form of pain such as injections or physical therapy?
Is kate subtly demeaning Maddie?
Is kate blaming Maddie for what happened to Maddie?

WEDNESDAY, MAY 30: (After trip to see Pope detailed above) The kids went to bed again around 9pm!!!

FRIDAY, JUNE 1: Quite fed up...I can't stop thinking about Madeleine, about her fear of pain. How can I go on knowing that her life could have ended like this?

This week I have been quite overtaken by black thoughts. Please, God, bring her back.

Bedtime is becoming more and more of a challenge.

SATURDAY, JUNE 2: ...Fed up again —poor M. Once again it took a long time before S and A were sorted.
TUESDAY, JULY 17: After a DVD and a story it was the twins' bedtime which didn't take too long tonight.
Also she seems to be fixated on getting the twins to bed and sleep.
Does children sleeping give kate respite?
Remember also the sleep chart they had on the fridge at home?
Could this be a reason for sedation?
Remember initially they denied the twins had been sedated, claiming instead the twins always slept deeply , when it was pointed out that the twins did not waken through any of the hullabaloo.
When that story didn't pan out (and that one or more of their family members had mentioned possible sedation) They then claimed in their mockumentary that the twins had likely been sedated by the alleged abductor.
They also claimed to have had the twins tested (and kate volunteered after claims she was on medication) several months down the line independently without telling us what drugs were tested for.
Rather pointless if they test for the stuff they know wasn't used and won't show up.
They could then claim all the tests came back negative.
Also they gave the hair samples several months down the line AFTER having a hair cut, which was something gerry told us about in his blog, making it sensitive.

SATURDAY, JULY 21: If I could go back in time, I would. I have clear recollections of that night. You were so tired. After your baths, you sat on my knee and put my wedding ring on your finger.
 We (me, you, Sean and Amelie) read "Mog" in the living area and then "if you're happy and you know it". We all sat down on your bed.

Then you counted the squares on the last page.
You were always counting things on pages...always laying your head on your pillow at the same time every night.Was this an indication that Maddie was on the autistic spectrum?
Maddie had to have things done a certain way and at a certain time.
She needed a routine and would have a meltdown if anything was changed.
Could this be a possible motive?
Remember they told us also that when Maddie was born, she was almost perfect.
Parents do not call their children at birth almost perfect, they are perfect in the parents eyes.
What was seen that would cause them to describe her as almost perfect?
Again she talks about going back in time.
Previously she has told us that if she could go back in time, she would look around and take notes Not that she wouldn't allegedly leave the children alone and instead have dinner at home or use the creche or babysitting facility.
Here she tells us not that she would stay home or use the creche or babysitting facility, only that she would have clear recollections of bed time book and song.

"How can I go on knowing that her life could have ended like this?"

THIS is close, THAT is distancing.

Why did she not say "How can I go on knowing that her life could have ended like THAT?
Does this imply she knows how Maddie died?

SATURDAY, JULY 7: We had breakfast and got the children ready as usual. At 10.30 the four of us went to the Algarve Shopping Centre.

The plan was to buy sandals and some other things for the children. However the journey was a disaster. We had to stop three times on the way there, since Sean and Amelie were crying alternately.

I began to feel that it had been a wasted day, even though Sean and Amelie had some good goes in Noddy's car and Popeye's boat. The return journey was slightly more bearable.
Also she refers to them crying on a trip as a disaster.
The day was wasted according to kate.
The journey back was slightly more bearable>
Did they not cry as much?
Kate doesn't seem to be able to cope with the twins acting as young children.
Was this a reason why kate was never left alone with the children?
They had family coming down to visit on their days off.
They had  payne allegedly visiting briefly (30 secs to 30 mins depending on which version you believe) to bring the children down to the tennis courts to play.
Could it also explain  why kate looked as if she had had a huge burden lifted off her shoulders after Maddie vanished?

At around 18.00 went to church. It was good... there was nobody else there. Later Gerry turned up and joined me and we went down as far as the rocks on the beach and talked a little about Madeleine.

Who was looking after the twins whilst they were doing this?

Who went to church at 18:00?
What was done in the church before gerry showed up?
What was said?

Why the need to go so far to talk a little about Maddie?

What was discussed?

Things she wrote in her diary using the process of free editing tell us what was important to her, what she felt important enough to write down.

What is missing is actual physical searching.

Actually going out and searching for her missing, allegedly abducted daughter.

Instead it is full of trivial minutia and self pity.

TUESDAY, JUNE 26: ... My darling Madeleine, I feel such fear and dread when I think of you.

This is a really strange thing to say about her missing daughter.

Why not say i feel such love and care when i think of you?

Thinking of Maddie should bring pleasure and happiness, someone she loves and who loves her back.

Instead she talks of fear and dread when she thinks of Maddie.

Why is that?

Is kate scared of Maddie?

Why?

Is kate scared perhaps of punishment perhaps because of something she (kate) had done?

Consequences relating to Maddie?

Clearly kate has a problem with Maddie and issues relating to the twins, especially if they cry and bedtimes.
Her diary also seems to focus on what kate is feeling rather than her concerns for Maddie.
These diaries were supposed to be the basis of a book for Maddie to read once she returned and the twins to read.
Reading her diary shows her priority, kate.
Kate is the victim here not Maddie.
This ties in with her book madeleine (all in lower case) whilst kate is capitalized.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 18: It was suggested that Madeleine is dead and buried in an area close to the beach, behind the cliff.

What can I say? I feel my body's on the verge of collapse. How much pain and emotion can one body take? I had a bad afternoon. I was very worried, desperate, extremely on edge. I don't think I can take any more of this, I really can't. How much longer will this suffering go on? I need Madeleine ALIVE.

Is kate reacting to the thought that Maddie might be found where kate had her dream?
Is kate reacting to thought that the game may be up?
Is kate perhaps fearing the consequences?
No mention here of What Maddie might be suffering

She further defines it as danger of any kind.
However this flies in the face of their claim to have intentionally left them home alone each night and the parents doing regular checks ( the children were never left home alone each night. They were babysat by the missing adult from the table)
Doctors and medical staff are hyper vigilant when it comes to children.
They see on a day to day basis what can happen to a child in a fraction of a second even with the parent right next to them.

Here was have fondness linked to never doing anything intentionally harmful.
Since Maddie came to harm was there something other than fondness?
Was there no love?
Was there dislike?
Was there hatred?

Kate blossomed after Maddie vanished, as if a weight had been lifted off her shoulders.
This was unexpected.
She was feeling good enough in herself to color coordinate her clothing with gerry.
Wear matching jewelry.
Go jogging.
Wear make up.
Sleep well.
Eat well.
Have a birthday party for Maddie days after she vanished.(where have we seen that before?)
No physical searching.

Was kate glad Maddie was gone?
Her almost perfect daughter with her perfect torn genitals (page 129 in early editions of her book)
The perfect family blonde haired boy and girl twins and no troublesome demanding Maddie wanting attention.

Kate wants to speak, she wants to ease her guilty conscience.
Looking at her today, the guilt is eating her alive.
She looks now like she should have done when Maddie first went missing , allegedly abducted by a paedophile.
How long before the stress gets too much and kate decides to press a button so they can all be together?

Accidental Death Or Something Else?

If it was accidental why the need to cover up and dispose of Maddie's body?
If it had been an accidental overdose, they could have claimed she had found the pills and eaten them thinking it was candy.
They see all the children sleeping when they stagger home and think nothing of it.
They wake up in the morning and Maddie is dead.
They couldn't wake her u.
One performs CPR, the other calls 911.
Maddie is taken to hospital and declared DOA, lots of crying, warnings to never leave pills in view, keep them locked up and out of reach end of story.

Another option could be they find her dead behind the sofa of a head injury or broken neck.
They could claim she must have woken up early gone to get a drink, have a play or just look out the window.
They didn't see or hear her because they had drunk too much the night before and were sleeping the sleep of the inebriated.
When they wake, they check on the children and Maddie is not in her bed.
A search finds her on the floor dead, one calls 911 and the other performs CPR as parental instinct, especially kate, would refuse to accept she was dead even though they are doctors.
Lots of crying, bit of news in the paper and end of story.

Since they lied about who was doing what checks if any, removed Maddie's body from the apartment and claimed abduction, the obvious conclusion is that it was non accidental.

Gerry said "The ludicrous thing is that Madeleine died in the apartment by an accident and we hid her body," Well, when did she have the accident and die? 'Cause the only time she was left unattended was when we were at dinner, so if she died then, how could we have disposed of or hidden her body? You know, when there was an immediate search?

"It's just nonsense! And if she died when we were in the apartment, or fell, why would we cover that up?"

Here he tells us it was not an accident.
Had it been an accident, they would not have covered it up.
Since they covered it up it had to be non accidental.

"The ludicrous thing is that Madeleine died in the apartment by an accident and we hid her body,"

Here he tells us that Maddie having an accident and dying in the apartment is ludicrous.

We can then discount accidental death in the apartment.

If it was non accidental that means it was deliberate, premeditated

This leads to the question of what was being done to Maddie that caused a non accidental injury or death.

Then we need to learn who was with Maddie when it happened

Then we need to learn who removed and concealed Maddie's body.

Finally we need to learn who knew, or at least had a good idea of what happened,?
Who was involved and took part in the subsequent cover up which is still ongoing?

Friendships change over time,
Your best friend today can be your worst enemy tomorrow.
Secrets are not secrets if more than one person knows.
Money can only buy silence for so long.
Blackmail doesn't work, one day the victim will decide enough is enough and speak out.
A crime once done cannot be undone.

Too many people know the guilty truth, and guilt will eat away at them day after day.
Always wondering of today is the day the truth comes out?
Going to bed each night wondering if there will be an early morning knock on the door?
Wondering if the people they see in the streets are undercover officers?
Wondering if their phones and computers are being tapped?
For the mccanns, the wondering if the twins remember what happened or remember overheard arguments or discussions?

The fear the twins will leak something to friends or teachers or worse decide to have a friendly little chat with the police either English or Portuguese.

There is also the fear that push comes to shove and either gerry or kate (more likely kate) will decide to end the charade and confess.

They are both trapped in a loveless marriage, a marriage in trouble even before the alleged abduction.
Even though they profess to be catholic,do they go to church regularly?
They couldn't divorce since there would likely be a row over custody and it could end up with one throwing the other under the bus, willing to effectively do a plea deal, kate perhaps claiming diminished responsibility or PND.

Their friends who seemingly no longer remain in close contact could decide they are sick of the guilt and speak out or maybe tempted by a reward and/or megabucks from the media for their stories if they weren't actually involved.

Tick tock kate and gerry. Tick tock.

This means that you are guilty at least of child neglect resulting in harm, possibly culpable homicide or the Portuguese equivalent.

Then there is the financial side, fraud, obtaining money and services by deception, false representation.
Here in the UK, there is the fraudulent fund, obtaining money and services by deception, perjury (remember the Leveson Inquiry) which carries a life sentence remember, then the money obtained illegally from the media organizations whom you sued when they said you hadn't been cleared by the PJ and which later proved to be correct.

Then there is clarrie, bless him, who told us to send money in envelopes address to kate and gerry and it will get there.
I wonder how many sent cash and how much of that was actually placed in the account and declared?
I wonder if clarrie regrets that little statement.?

Then there may well be other countries where you sought donations such as America and who do not take wire fraud lightly.

Then possibly everyone who donated via PayPal and now wants their money back because you lied and did not use the money for searching.
Then those who bought the book because they thought you were innocent or were led to believe so, then the publishers wanting there money back because you lied (more so when you are found guilty of involvement)
Then the tapas chums wanting their 'donations' back to pay their own legal fees and return of the money to the media along with costs.
Oh, and i nearly forgot, lumbering Sean and Amelie with legals fees and costs for losing your claim against Dr. Gonçalo Amaral repeatedly.
If you haven't, it will be so much fun when you finally tell them that mommy and daddy sued the now ex lead detective tasked with finding their sibling and lost, won, lost again several times and, because you were/are avaricious little buggers, added them to the suit and lumbered them with thousands of pounds in debt.
University fees will have nothing on that bill.

Still if you are going to commit crime  then go big and make the jail time (and subsequent bankruptcy at least  worth it)

That £500,000 you have ring fenced, legally the only purposes for doing so are to be used either for work tools or property and since you aren't running a business (using tools) then it looks like it relates to property will be gone, your house will be repossessed and sold, you will both be jobless and unemployable in pretty much any job in the UK and limited elsewhere in the world due to you not being granted permission to visit let alone emigrate.
That's the problem with having a criminal record, especially one so serious.

You will lose custody of the twins probably to a family member although given their enthusiasm for taking in Maddie, that may not be possible or simply because of your involvement in the homicide, concealment of a corpse and filing a false police report along with all the other charges not desirable and only when the twins reach 18 and become adults they can make the choice to visit you in jail or not, also depending which country jail you are ensconced in at that time.

We know the truth of the lie, you know that we do and trust me, you will blink first and throw one another or one of your chums under the bus to try and escape justice.

I suspect the twins know the truth or are pretty damn sure.
They aren't stupid, they will have heard your rows and that infamous temper of yours kate.

They will have seen and heard the news on TV and radio, read the papers either in print or online, they will have seen all the groups in FB and the various bloggers, analysts, experts in criminology, statement analysis, body language and profiling. The posts and comments from serving and retired police officers all revealing the truth, your dirty little secret.

You may have succeeded to some degree in policing the internet and their access to information concerning Maddie and the vacation and the subsequent years.
Kids being kids though, they will have used their friends cell phones, school computers, home computers and their own cellphones to google themselves as everyone does and then their missing sister.

I wonder, kate and gerry, what questions have the twins asked?
I know they have, it would be abnormal if they didn't.
What lies did you tell them?
Did they believe you?
Do you think they believed you should really be the question?
What happens when you slip up and leak a bit of incriminating information, something you do so frequently?

Do you think they heard it?

Do you think they realized the importance of it?

Can you really trust them to support you?

Can you really trust them not to talk to a teacher, a friend, another parent or worse, the police?

When they talk about Maddie, what do you feel inside?

Do you feel safe and secure, or is there a frisson of fear that maybe the ones you have to fear are not your tapas 7 chums or the UK police (who are really only able to nail you for the fund) but your surviving children Sean and Amelie?

What if they tell you they want to talk to a nice policeman?
What if they tell you the have talked to a very nice policeman?

What if they tell you the remember that week in Portugal and don't remember seeing Maddie anytime after say Sunday/Monday or Tuesday and before that Thursday night when Maddie was allegedly abducted?

You may have controlled them now but once they reach 18, they are adults and there is nothing you can do to control them in further.

The twins will have talked to each other about Maddie, things you don't know about, it is simply between them, the same as siblings will have discussions about thing behind the parents back.

How long can you hold the tide back ?

Unsolved homicide by whomever cases are never closed. they get shelved and reexamined every so often.
This is why we hear of homicide cases being solved decades down the line, forensics improve almost yearly and what was undetectable or damage back then is now easily examined.

Evidence that shouldn't be there and is and, more important and showing evidence of a clean up, evidence that isn't there and should be.
Not cleaned up enough can be as incriminating as cleaned up too much.

A crime once done cannot be undone especially when a death is involved.
