Kate And The Temptation To Shout The Truth From The Rooftops. What Is Stopping You?

Page 2 of the book Madeleine

"Gerry and I have managed to dig deep and remain focused, although the temptation to shout the truth from the rooftops has always been there".

So kate, what's stopping you?

Clearly your own words tell us you have not told the truth from the get go.
You have been lying.

Why would you, as an 'innocent' mother have the need to lie about what happened to your daughter?
What have you been telling us?

That Maddie was abducted from your apartment by a paedophile.

Now if that isn't the truth dearest kate, pray tell, what is the truth?

Is the truth what we have said all along?

That Maddie is long dead and that you and gerry and your tapas chums are involved in her homicide, concealment of her corpse and filing a false police report.

Is the reason you can't and won't shout the truth from the rooftops because to do so would incriminate you all and result in long jail terms and a loss of everything including ALL the children?

The brain knows the truth and seeks to speak it, relieving the stress caused by lying.

Time and time again you leak the truth through your words both spoken and written.

You have to.
You are compelled to by your own guilt

The stress all the guilt and lies are having on you is writ clear upon your face.

Remember way back when your daughter Madeleine vanished from your apartment, allegedly abducted by a paedophile?

We saw the glow on your face.

We saw the laughter at the church on what would have been her 4th birthday.
We saw you positively beaming with delight.
You looked as if a huge weight had been lifted from your shoulders.
You blossomed.

Why? is what i asked myself, along with thousands of others.

Your daughter is missing, allegedly abducted by a paedophile, suffering unimaginable horrors yet you and gerry looked so relaxed and strain free,

Was it because the source of the problems in your family was gone?
You told us Maddie missing caused additional problems

Was it because no Maddie meant a huge weight lifted from your shoulders and life was good?

You never physically searched, you admitted that in a TV interview.
You never went out day after day with the locals, the ex pats, the tourists and all the police who walked for miles and miles in all kinds of weather looking for YOUR DAUGHTER, even to using vacation time to keep searching?

Your family and friends came over, not to actually do any searching , rather to sit around the pool and lounge around doing  stuff such as cooking a meal or dropping the children off at the creche or collecting them (BTW, were the swimming costumes just in case she turned up in a swimming pool somewhere?)

You were out jogging within days of Maddie going missing, even  to gerry happily bragging how good your times were to the top of the hill.

You admitted in interviews that Maddie was dead, you told the world she was dead and you knew it.
heck you even went so far as to hire some South African man with a bit of kit to find her body.
Why do that and yet claim she was still alive?

That's one heck of a contradiction dear.

You told us you saw her lying cold and mottled on a cold slab- strangely enough a vivid description of what a body looks like several days after death  when they have not been embalmed.

Is this your last memory of her kate?
Is there perhaps where the pink blanket went?

Then you confided to your mom that Maddie haunted you.
Honey, live people do not haunt, dead people do.

As each day passes the stresses and strains continue to build.
You have admitted in your book you hate gerry.
Your marriage was in trouble before the vacation, perhaps you thought with the cause of the problem gone it would all be  rainbows, money and fame.

Did you think you would have a quick chat with a nice police officer over a cuppa and some chocolate biscuits and then off you would jolly well go, forever the victim?

Sadly for you and luckily for Maddie and us, the police took one look at the scene and your initial stories and saw it didn't make sense, it could not have happened as claimed.

Rather than you being victims, the long suffering parents, you became the rightful suspects in Maddie's disappearance.

You are desperate to speak the truth, you tell us this, yet, still you don't.

You, instead leak marbles, the truth,. bit by bit in an attempt to ease the guilt and stress.

I know you want this charade to end.

You want your surviving children to have a semblance of a normal life, we all do.

The only way this can and will happen is if you speak the truth and bring this charade to an end.

I know you want to give Maddie a dignified burial.
I know you want to be allowed to properly grieve in the open.

Telling the truth and admitting what happened will bring this about.

Your children are of an age where they use the Internet, on their phones, at school, with their friends.
You cannot stop them looking for information about what happened.
They may well remember things you thought they hadn't seen or heard, things they shouldn't have seen or heard.

Now is the time to speak the truth.
Your children are still of an age where they can forgive you for what you did to their sister and also to themselves.
As they grow older and learn more and remember more, the less likely they will buy your minimising, your deception.

One day they will confront you with what the know.
Will they be the ones to speak to the police?

Better now to speak the truth and begin the process of healing.

The first step is always the hardest, yet, once you have taken that first step, the sense of relief will be intense.
No more worries about who will talk, after all friendships and relationships change, your best friend today can be your worst enemy tomorrow.
Once the truth is out you can grieve openly.
something you want and need to do.

It may mean walking away from your marriage,  a destructive marriage based on lies and deception is no good for your or your children.

There will be consequences, but if you speak the truth, they may not be as bad as you feared.

There are plenty of people who are willing to help you, willing to listen , willing to support you, you though have to take the first step, admit the truth whatever it may be and then accept the help and support  that is offered.

You tell us you want to shout the truth from the roof tops.

There is nothing stopping your from doing so except you.

  1. For someone who uses the word truth so much, you sure leave a lot of it out.

Your quotation is taken from the preface where she explains why she wrote the book: to shout the truth. You say she hasn't done it yet; she, in that passage, is saying that is the purpose of the book.

Are you continuing to let your hatred of the McCanns cloud your judgment and protect a known, convicted pedophile?

New Zealand media says he was reportedly in Portugal:

    http://m.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=11343775

British media says he was reportedly in Portugal:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2793541/on-run-british-paedophile-portugal-madeleine-mccann-disappeared-quizzed-detectives-arrested-malta.html

Hob nob says leave the pedophile alone; she knows where he was (from a report that talks about where he was in 2001 and then in 2009) so don't bother to question him.

I will give this to you: you "know" a lot about this case. Here's a pop quiz:

Was there stranger DNA in the flat that will soon be reanalyzed? Yes or no?

How many questions did Kate McCann answer for police prior to Sept 7? (To make it simple: was it more than or fewer than 48?)

For how many hours did Kate McCann answer questions the day before Sept 7?

Did Gerald McCann answer the 48 questions Kate didn't? Has that fact lessened your suspicion, hatred and online persecution (read: obsession) of him or not? What did he say?

Goncalo Amaral was convicted of what? (Hint: misrepresentation of ______)

For how many months after the McCanns were named suspects did Goncalo Amaral remain in charge of the investigation?

Who wrote: "A complex LCN [low copy number] DNA result which appeared to have originated from at least three people was obtained from cellular material recovered from the luggage compartment section ... Within the DNA profile of Madeleine McCann there are 20 DNA components represented by 19 peaks on a chart. ... Of these 19 components 15 are present within the result from this item; there are 37 components in total. There are 37 components because there are at least 3 contributors; but there could be up to five contributors.

"In my opinion therefore this result is too complex for meaningful interpretation/inclusion."

Following the release of the above email (the one that says "too complex for meaningful interpretation/inclusion"), Portugese Police told media: the DNA was a ___ percent match. (Hint: a number in between 99.9 and 100.1)

How many days prior to Sept 7 (48 q blah blah) did Portuguese Police make this huge blunder?

How many hours in the last seven years have you spent reading about, writing about, and thinking about this case?

  2. 1. Yes
    2. more than 48
    3. she was questioned for 11 hours on Sept 6
    4. Yes he did; apparently not
    5. Goncalo Amaral was convicted of what? ( misrepresentation of EVIDENCE)
    6. He was removed from the case about one month after the naming of the McCanns as suspects
    7. John Lowe wrote "In my opinion therefore this result is too complex for meaningful interpretation/inclusion."
    8. "DNA Match 100% Maddie's" is what Amaral's men told the press.
    9. The police made this mistake three days before the McCanns were named as suspects.
    10. I can't count that high.

  3. Regarding roderick macdonald, CEOP iused him as a case study in their annual review 2009 - 2010 and it clearly indicates he was in NZ from 2001 to 2009 ( page 29 of 60)

    http://ceop.police.uk/Documents/CEOP_AnnualReview_09-10.pdf

    Page 29

    Beyond the UK
    ANNUAL REVIEW 2009-2010

    CASE STUDY
A 72 year-old British man, Roderick Robinson, arrived in Australia on Sunday 6 June 2010 following his
extradition from Portugal. He had been on the run since 2001 for alleged sexual offences against a child
in Australia. He was tracked down and arrested in Portugal as a direct result of the activities of CEOP’s
    Overseas Tracker Team.
Robinson was first arrested in 2001 in Australia for the alleged assault of a young girl and was bailed
pending court hearings. He failed to appear to answer the charges in 2001. Fleeing Australia, he entered
New Zealand where he was arrested for child sexual offences allegedly committed there. He was granted
bail with the requirement he surrender his passport. In November 2009 using a stolen passport, Robinson
left New Zealand bound for the UK.
Piecing together intelligence on his transient movements in the UK, CEOP investigators worked with local
police and the UK Borders Agency and located him in Portugal. The Overseas Tracker Team disseminated
intelligence on Robinson to Portugal, via INTERPOL, to advise them of the threat he posed to children in
their country. In response to Australia’s request for Robinson’s urgent provisional arrest, Portuguese police
arrested Robinson in March 2010 and he was extradited to New South Wales, Australia to face justice.

The british media is currently muzzled and controlled by the mccanns and their spokeman and rather than do some actual reading of the publicly available police files and doing so actual journalism will jump on the mccann bandwagon pulling suspects out of thin air along with predictable sightings everytime something unfavorable to the mccanns shows it's face.

The mccanns ave not and cannot be cleared of involvement in the death of madeleine and the subsequent disposal and cover up.
This i made clear in all the reports from the various forces involved.
They have refused point blank to cooperate in any way shape or form, not even to actually searching for their missing daughter.

Innocent parents act in a specific and predictable way.

Guilty parents act in a specific and predictable way.

    The two are mutually exclusive.

  4. For the third time, it does not say where he was in 2007. You assume that this man who clearly was good at evading police was unable to leave the country since he surrendered his passport. Except he left the country using a fake passport. You cannot prove he remained in New Zealand the entire time. Quote the sentence above that says where he was in 2007.

"FRIDAY, MAY 4: No sleep, Gerry and I started looking through the streets around 06.00 as it was starting to get light. Nobody around. Why not? Desperate."

I guess we can only use Kate McCann's words when they fit your "thesis" and not when they contradict it.

Evidence is either conclusive or inconclusive. They are mutually exclusive.

    That said...

The Portuguese police got a report that said a DNA test for MMs DNA was inconclusive. The police reported at that time the test was a 100% match. Two days later the McCann's fully cooperated in answering questions, as they had throughout the month of May as police ignored tip after tip. Then on Sept 7, the police named the McCanns as suspects. What new evidence had come to light? The "inconclusive" 100% matching DNA. It's pretty clear the police were either completely incompetent, or maliciously misrepresenting evidence so they could save face under intense media criticism. Amaral's men had previously beaten a confession out of a woman; he then committed acts that would later convict him of misrepresentation of EVIDENCE. He led a force that railroaded women into confessing and beat them until they did. I don't blame Kate McCann, after 4 months of answering questions and being cooperative, to stop allowing these corrupt cops to close cases through lies.

Good cops act a certain way.

Corrupt cops act a certain way.

    The two are mutually exclusive.

Bad cop removed from case; McCann's cleared and never charged with a crime. Bad cop convicted of one.

It's pretty clear to the rational world how dishonest Amaral and his em were.

    ReplyDelete
  5. If the mccanns fully cooperated and answered questions why did kate refuse to answer 48 of them?
Why di they refuse to do a police reconstruction by using their tapas chums to set so many requirements it was impossible for the reconstruction to take place and pointless for the mccanns to do it on their own?

As for beating a confession out of a woman (Leonor Cipriano) she changed her story repeatedly, could no identify the men who allegedly beat her.
Inmates of the prison testified she had been beaten by fellow prisoners since they do not child killers.
Photos of her 'bruises' were manipulated.
Three officers were cleared of torture yet Goncalo was found guilty of falsifying documents ( for a crime that did not happen)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YWCVSjIJk8 << kate tells us she never physically searched

    go read the police files.

The mccanns have never been cleared

Leicester constabulary's sworn statement – based, like the Archiving Summary on the facts of the investigation – that "while one or both of them may be innocent, there is no clear evidence that eliminates them from involvement in Madeleine's disappearance."

The Archiving of the Madeleine Process: Section E
We believe that the main damage was caused to the McCann arguidos, who lost the possibility to prove what they have protested since they were constituted arguidos: their innocence towards the fateful event; the investigation was also disturbed, because said facts remain unclarified.

perhaps you would care to explain why the mccanns refused the option to keep the case open when they heard it was being shelved. Instead they were more than happy to have it shelved, not the behavior of innocent parents.

  6. "Quote the sentence above that says where he was in 2007."

    ???

  7. I've read the police files. They cleared them. They were declared suspects, then the police officially announced they were no longer suspects. They used the word cleared.

Could the police have been wrong? Of course. Could the court have been wrong in clearing the three cops who beat a suspect into confessing? Of course.

But this is where you are trying to have it both ways a court clears three suspects- the crime wasn't committed. The police say "we've cleared the McCanns" you still say a crime was committed. They have had more than seven years to being charges; they have not.

You are obviously obsessed with this couple- you talk to them, "plant" embedded confessions, are repeatedly snide.

You have lost all objectivity in the matter, cling to only those things that give you doubt and ignore all the details that point to the girl being abducted.

    ReplyDelete
  8. You also never commented on the DNA faux pas. How can the DNA samples be both inconclusive and a 100% match? If they can't how can you explain this inconsistency?

    ReplyDelete
  9. The video where she talks about "not" searching ("never" is a word you introduced) is clearly in two parts; she speaks of the first 48 hours, then she speaks of "later on." It is within this "later on" portion she speaks of not physically searching.

She and Gerry clearly search the apartment. Afterwards, Gerry checks the front desk to see if the police have been called. Then, he returns to the apartment. Why? Well, tons of other people are searching, but someone needs to 1. Be at a central location in case she is found or to relay news to the various parties searching and 2 Someone has to give a statement to the police. Who is the best to do that? David Payne? The desk clerk? No, Maddie's parents. And seeing that there exist in the police files interviews of both parents within hours of the abduction, I find it incredibly dishonest to claim

"They have refused point blank to cooperate in any way shape or form, not even to actually searching for their missing daughter."

I mean, have you read the police files?

  13. Hi! Didn't know you had a blog! Now I can find you again.

Shout the truth from the rooftops goes very well with their resentment having to talk about Maddie when they want to talk about themselves.

That was never a healthy child in my opinion so that implies that she needed a lot of care. Which was shared by the family and nannies. After 3/5 it was finally over. But I'm convinced that Maddie was quite ill by the time she disappeared and that she had an accident. the accident nearly spoiled the plan.

All my opinion, I don't think the McCanns hurt her in any way but there was a plan to benefit from her disappearance and the McCs weren't in it on their own.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Granted at that point kate is referring to all the "slurs" and "allegations" being thrown at them, and not being able to talk about the investigation. She was saying they wanted to shout from the rooftops that they were innocent and refute claims that purported otherwise. I think this comment was used out of context to get the point across.
Having said that, I have found most of your writing to be very intellegent and accurate. And I am also of the belief the mccanns are lying.
    And one last thing....

There is a difference between "being cleared" and having your arguido status lifted due to insufficient evidence to make an arrest leading to the case being shelves.

    Right?
